ASP Ambassadors: How to Get Started
Share

What you'll do as an ASP Ambassador

  • Meet with people to share your personal ASP experience and encourage them to experience ASP for themselves
  • Talk about ASP to friends, colleagues, family and others involved with service organizations
  • Talk to missions directors and youth groups at churches in your community
  • Become a mentor and local resource for first-year volunteer groups
  • Report your activities back to ASP
  • Encourage an adult group from your own church to serve with ASP

We are actively recruiting new volunteers in certain regions where there's already lots of buzz about ASP -- and in those areas, we can direct you to churches who are interested in volunteering. Contact Rachel Gossett, our Director of Volunteer Recruitment, if you live in or near:

  • Chicago
  • Washington, D.C.
  • Baltimore, MD
  • Raleigh, NC
You can still be an ASP Ambassador even if you don't live in these cities! Just download the toolkit -- you'll find tips on how to spread the word in your community.
