Call the Volunteer Department at (423) 854-4405 to check availability and pre-register your group. Be sure to give all the information needed: your name and contact information, name of your church/organization, requested date of service, number of volunteers, and where you would like to serve (one of our year-round centers).

Then download our application, fill it out, include your $95 application check, and drop it in the mail.

Groups are encouraged to apply at least 3 months in advance of your requested service date, but we will accept applications and schedule groups up to two weeks prior to service, as availability allows. ASP schedules groups as applications are received and on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that dates in September/October and March/April fill quickly,so apply early!

Fees

Your Volunteer Fees go toward room and board, as well as building supplies and materials.

† Non-refundable & non-transferable to other fees. A deposit may be transferred only to a substitute participant.
