ASP Tri-Cities is one of the most rewarding day-long volunteer opportunities in the region -- and every detail of the program is turn-key. ASP takes much of the burden of logistics off of you, freeing you to concentrate on getting to know your neighbors -- those you're working with and those you're serving. We select your project and screen the worksite for safety. And whether you're a construction novice or an expert, you'll be matched with a project that suits your skills. We also provide tools, materials, and supervision by ASP's knowledgeable staff, as well as devotions to start the day off right.

Sign Up: Schedule Your Workday
Your group has two options for serving with ASP Tri-Cities:
- Day Work Teams from September-May
- Week Long Work Teams in the summer

Be sure to give your name and contact information, name of your organization/church, date of service, number of volunteers, and where you would like to serve (Sullivan, Washington, or Carter County).
Get Ready: Plan and Prepare
- Download a Registration Packet with everything you need to get ready to serve.
- Complete your Pre-Trip Communication Form (included in the packet) and drop it in the mail.
We plan for YOU based on the information you share with us! This form is due 2 weeks before your scheduled workday. - Have a short meeting with your team to get prepared mentally and emotionally. Pass out forms and go over rules and regulations.
- If you prefer, raise funds for ASP's fees or requested donation.
Day Work Teams: ASP requests a donation from each day group that serves with our Tri-Cities program. Suggested donation is $10 per volunteer.
Week Long Work Teams: For week long summer teams the fee is $250 per workcrew (group of 7). A $125 deposit (non-refundable) is due 2 weeks before your scheduled work days, and the other half can be paid on your first day. - Schedule a worksite visit with ASP Staff prior to your work day. We will go over the specifics of your project and get you comfortable with directing your team's work, and you will meet the family you'll be serving.
Show Up: Have the experience of a lifetime!
On your work days, staff will meet your group at a predetermined location that's convenient for you and lead you to the worksite. You will need to provide your own transportation, as well as a bag lunch and water for each volunteer.
That’s all there is to it--from there it’s a matter of showing up ready to raise roofs, fix foundations, and change lives.
