From 421 North (coming from Pennington Gap, VA):
* Follow 421 north into Harlan.
* Take a RIGHT at light on East 38.
* Follow to through Ages to KY 38 “Quik Stop”. (If you hit Evarts, you have gone too far.)
* Take a Right at the Quik Stop and Verda Community Center is on the right.
From 119 (Whitesburg, KY):
* Follow 119 south until you get to 421.
* Take a RIGHT onto 421 going south.
* Follow into Harlan.
* Take a left at light on East 38.
* Follow to through Ages to KY 38 “Quik Stop”. (If you hit Evarts, you have gone too far.)
* Take a Right at the Quik Stop and Verda Community Center is on the right.
