Each year ASP holds a contest for a t-shirt design. The selected designer will be awarded up to $500 and the design will be used on t-shirts, featured on ASP's website, and possibly other materials (volunteer preparation materials, mugs, etc.). The deadline for submissions is November 28, 2007.
T-shirt design contest rules
Design must be suitable for use on a t-shirt, appealing to both youth and adult volunteers. The ASP logo must appear on the shirt somewhere, as well as the year 2008. The design may have a maximum of 4 colors and must be reproducible for silk screening. Please offer t-shirt color recommendations to go with your design, being mindful that we try to avoid shirt colors that we have used in recent years (recent colors: kelly green, light blue, purple/eggplant, green, red, slate blue, brown/taupe). Designs have typically appeared on both the front and back of the t-shirts.
ASP will retain all rights for reproduction and use of the design. The artist can sign the design if desired. The selected design will be publicized on our website and in our newsletter.
The selected designer will receive up to $500 for his/her design. The deadline for submissions is midnight on November 28, 2007. Submit designs electronically to Contest@ASPhome.org.
