This week: We finished the last bit of siding, added some underpinning on the side of the porch, and installed wonder board on the back side of the house for additional weatherization.

This week: We added fascia, soffit, and gutters to the front of the house, added a window adjacent to the back porch, and added extra weatherization to the new back door.

Family Situation: An elderly widow, who lives alone with her dog and bird.
This week: We completed housewrapping the entire perimeter and began installing j-channel and vinyl siding. We also installed wonder board on the bottom perimeter of the house for extra weatherization.
Next week: We will complete the vinyl siding.

This week: We took down the existing handicap ramp and replaced with a newer, wider one. We also added small ramps on each side of the doorway.

This week: We took down one wall in the living room, repaired rotten studs, added a window, insulated, and installed drywall. We also installed drywall in one of the bedroom walls. We mud, taped, and painted all the drywall.

This week: We took up kitchen floor, replaced sagging OSB, and installed luaun and VCT. We also layed new flooring in the baby’s bedroom. We patched duct work underneath the house as well as insulated and recovered with chicken wire.
Next week: We will paint the kitchen and bedroom. Begin taking up floor in bedroom and hallway.

This week: We removed the existing ceiling in the bathroom, replaced the joists, installed new insulation, and installed new drywall. We also primed and painted the bathroom walls and ceiling. We took up the existing flooring, installed luaun, and installed VCT tile.
