Director of Home Repair
ASP is seeking applicants for the Director of Home Repair. The Director of Home Repair position combines spiritual leadership, management, networking, planning, and training with the development and implementation of ASP’s home repair program. Responsible to the Chief Program Officer, the Director of Home Repair oversees the summer program, year-round program, and Good Neighbors program, including the recruitment, hiring and training of all program staff, set-up and close-out of home repair, and supervision of the Field Coordinators.

Director of Volunteer Recruitment
ASP is seeking applicants for the position of Director of Volunteer Recruitment. This newly-created, full-time exempt position will generate interest in volunteering with ASP to help achieve ASP’s aggressive volunteer recruitment and retention goals. The Director of Volunteer Recruitment will be a creative, self-starter who is a passionate advocate for service and is excited about the idea of reaching out into the community to involve more volunteers in the work of ASP. The successful candidate will have some basic experience in community organizing, sales, and/or marketing communications, and will enjoy implementing cutting edge marketing strategies and evaluating their progress.
