ASP has been in Breathitt County for many years. ASP typically stays with Jackson Independent Schools and this year they are getting major construction upgrades to the school so ASP volunteers are working with the Breathitt County School District to stay at one of their elementary schools.

Center Information
Sleeping Quarters: All volunteers will sleep in the gym. You will need to bring air mattresses or cots, pillows, and sleeping bags.
Cafeteria/Kitchens: We utilize the school cafeteria and kitchen.
Showers: We build showers outside that are used throughout the summer.
Recreation Space: Throughout the summer different spaces in the school will be used for recreation and evening gatherings. There is some green space in front of the school and a short walking trail on the outside of the property.
