Who should attend a forum?

ASP Trip Coordinators or others from your group’s leadership team are invited to participate.

What if I am unavailable to attend any of the scheduled forums?

These forums are optional. We will be recording each of them. If you cannot attend, and wish to view a recording of a forum, just email us at volunteer@asphome.org and we will send it to you.

What’s the investment of time?

Each forum is scheduled for 60 minutes which allows time for questions and conversation at the end.

When and where are the forums hosted?

All forums will be hosted online via Zoom. After registering, you will receive an email with a link that will take you to the meeting at the scheduled time.

What information will be covered?

In addition to each topic, we will also be keeping you updated about where you should be on the trip planning checklist, upcoming deadlines, and things to be focusing on as you plan your trip.
