Since 1974, the Cup of Cold Water Fund has been a cornerstone of Appalachia Service Project’s mission, dedicated to transforming lives by addressing essential needs like upgrading or installing plumbing and electrical systems, ensuring that families in our communities live in safe and healthy homes.

Every year, we raise funds beyond our general operating budget to fuel these projects. Through a competitive internal award process, we ensure that every dollar is maximized to provide the greatest benefit to families in need. Together, we can make sure that every family we serve has access to safe plumbing and reliable electrical systems.
