Center Information
Sleeping Quarters: Air conditioned gymnasium. You will need to bring air mattresses or a cot, a sleeping bag, and a pillow
Cafeteria/Kitchens: We will use the front portion of the Family Life Center gymnasium, right off the kitchen.
Showers: There are indoor showers and bathrooms.
Recreation Space: There is an outdoor pavilion and some green space, and the front portion of the Family Life Center can be used for indoor recreation outside of meal times.
Closest Medical Facility: Summersville Regional Medical Center. 400 Fairview Heights Rd. Summersville, WV (about 15 minutes away)

Interesting Facts: Nicholas County is home to the historic Carnifex Ferry Battlefield State Park. The town of Richwood, settled in the eastern mountains of the county, is known for its annual ramp festival. If you’ve never heard of ramps before, you should look up some information on this wild vegetable. Richwood and other small towns throughout the county faced serious flood damage in the June 2016 flood.
