Unique ASP Experience for High School Youth - A Weekend of Leadership, Service, and Advocacy
Do you know a high school student with leadership potential? Looking for a way to help develop that potential? Nominate an outstanding youth (or yourself) to participate in the ASP Youth Leadership Summit. Tell us why your nominee is a great candidate!
Youth who participate will have the opportunity to spend a weekend with like-minded individuals, ASP staff, and other leaders in Jonesville, VA building leadership skills, exploring what it means to be servant minded, and learning about advocacy issues related to Central Appalachia.
MLK Weekend 2024 – January 12-15, 2024
Nominators are asked to consider sponsoring the cost for youth to attend.
Participation Fee: $300
The participation fee of $300 per person includes: Transportation from the Tri-Cities airport or Johnson City to Jonesville, VA and back, accommodations, meals, program supplies, and swag. (Travel costs to Johnson City, TN or Jonesville, VA will be the participant/sponsor responsibility.)
