In this interactive forum, members of ASP’s leadership team will talk about what a 2022 ASP trip looks like in light of COVID-19 again this year, as well as our current volunteer hosting protocols.

Who should attend a forum?

ASP Trip Coordinators or others from your group’s leadership team who are interested in learning more about our COVID-19 protocols for summer 2022.

What if I am unavailable to attend any of the scheduled forums?

We will also be sending out our updated protocols to all summer 2022 Trip Coordinators by email in advance of your trip date, as well as keeping our COVID page on the website updated with the most current info. However, if you wish to view a recording of the forum, just email us at and we will send it to you.

What’s the investment of time?

Each forum is scheduled for 60 minutes which allows time for questions and conversation at the end. You are welcome to attend one or more of the scheduled webinars.

When and where are the forums hosted?

All forums will be hosted online via Zoom.

What information will be covered?

ASP leadership will share an update regarding out COVID-19 protocols for summer 2022 and answer questions from group leaders.
