Each summer, a team of over 80+ staff members come together to execute ASP’s volunteer hosting operations. With various positions, we come together with a breadth of knowledge and diverse backgrounds to carry out the organization’s mission– making homes warmer, safer, and drier for families across Central Appalachia.
Our summer staff is full of passionate, dedicated, and talented young adults. You’ll want to join this team so you can gain a number of transferrable skills, including problem solving, management, teamwork, and communication. Along the way, you’ll meet incredible people, give back to your neighbors, and have fun doing it.
